Day 28: Meta Poem

A poem should be rainbow sparks in the dark,

Medicine to the heart,

A poem should be a flame,

Words and feelings deeply proclaimed,

A poem should be a fire,

Warming the weary, giving rest to the tired.

A poem should be a before and after,

Tears and Laughter,

A poem should seek and speak truth,

But, I wonder, what’s this poem speaking to you?
