Milagros, nailed to the door,
Wooden punctured prayers for less or more,
Man draws his life from,
Woman gives it back & then some,
Whether or not it is articulated,
Meaning is inferred or debated,
Meaning, the cosmic door, of consciousness swings,
Three little birds are a few of my favorite things,
White picket fence has caught on fire,
Will you please be my friend as the world expires?
Love swept us but couldn’t catch us,
In dream catchers of turquoise and rust,
Married in the summer at sunset,
Holy ground walked and to be walked yet ,
Innocent as a guilty party can be,
Pray a lullaby with me,
Only then will we hear the sacred melody,
Yellow glitter gold sunburst nearly blinds you and me,
Only always, for all eternity,
Love is all we need
